We are not responsible for your compliance with data protection laws regarding your customer data.
- Our AI generates customer personas, email drafts, and insights based on your data.
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing and editing before use.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You retain ownership of final content you create using our tools.
- Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Credits expire according to their terms (typically 30 days).
- Refunds are provided at our discretion; contact support for refund requests.
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
- The AskUsers platform, including code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property.
- You retain ownership of your business information and customer data.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for third-party actions, including email delivery failures or customer responses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of customer data
- Emails sent using our Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
- Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law.
