Getting Started
Follow these steps to start discovering expansion opportunities in your customer base.
Create Your Account
Sign up at askusers.ai using Google, GitHub, or email. New accounts receive 50 free credits to get started.
Set Up Your Business Profile
After signing in, you'll be prompted to configure your business profile:
- Business Name - Your company name
- Product Description - Brief description of what you offer
- Website - Your company website URL
- Email Signature - Signature appended to outreach emails
- Logo - Displayed in emails (optional)
Import Your Customers
Choose one of two methods to import customers:
- Go to the Outreach page
- Click Import CSV
- Drag and drop your CSV file
- Map your columns to the required fields:
- Email (required)
- Name (required)
- Total Spent (optional but recommended)
- Payment Count (optional)
- Click Import and wait for processing
Growth plan required for Stripe integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Enter your Stripe API key (restricted key recommended)
- Click Connect Stripe
- Select Import Customers
- Customers sync automatically with spend data
Generate AI Personas
Once customers are imported:
- Select customers from the list
- Click Analyze to generate AI personas
- AI will research each company and create:
- Company profile and business model
- Usage hypothesis and growth potential
- Expansion opportunities
- Outreach strategy with personalization hooks
Each customer analysis uses 1 credit. Email generation is included free with analysis.
Review and Send Emails
- Review the AI-generated email for each customer
- Edit subject line or body if needed
- Click Send for individual emails, or select multiple for batch sending
- Track delivery status in real-time
Monitor Replies
When customers reply:
- Replies are automatically captured and forwarded to your email
- AI analyzes each reply to extract:
- Key insights and sentiment
- Product interest level
- Action items
- Follow-up recommendations
- View the conversation timeline for full history
