The Insights Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your outreach performance, customer metrics, and expansion opportunities.

The dashboard displays essential metrics at a glance:

Lists action items extracted from customer replies:

  • Customer name
  • Action item description
  • Source reply date
  • Status (pending/completed)

Mark items as complete as you address them.

Aggregated Insights

AI-generated summary of patterns across your customer base:

  • Common use cases identified
  • Frequently mentioned pain points
  • Popular feature requests
  • Industry trends

Filtering

Filter dashboard data by:

Date RangeLast 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, All time
PriorityHigh, Medium, Low, All
StatusNot contacted, Sent, Reply received, etc.

Export Options

CSV Export

Export your customer data to CSV:

  1. Click Export in the dashboard header
  2. Select CSV
  3. Choose fields to include:
    • Customer info (name, email)
    • Spend data
    • Outreach status
    • Reply information
  4. Download the file

PDF Report

Generate a PDF summary report:

  1. Click Export → PDF
  2. Report includes:
    • Executive summary
    • Key metrics
    • Charts and visualizations
    • Top opportunities

PDF reports are great for sharing with stakeholders or saving for your records.

Refresh Data

Dashboard data refreshes automatically when you:

  • Import new customers
  • Send emails
  • Receive replies

Click Refresh to manually update the display.
